CA Bharat Chaufla
Bharat is Founder Director of Amblem Consulting.
Bharat is a Chartered Accountant and is qualified Insolvency Professional. He has over 25 years ’experience in the areas of Auditing, Accounts, Taxation and Management Reporting, Proven abilities in completing accounting and audit assignments within time budgets and calendar schedules while handling multiple tasks. Well versed with modern accounting systems including SAP based companies / tax procedures with the distinction of serving reputed public sector clients and banks. Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills with proven abilities in team management, and customer relationship management. Conversed with international accounting standards (IAS), international financial reporting standards (IFRS). Proficiency in international and Indian standards of auditing. Excellent analytical, leadership and communication skills.​
Area of core expertise include statutory audits including special purpose reviews etc. and internal audits including process reviews. Bharat specializes in managing end to end finance function including accounting, compliance and laying down policies & procedures ensuring adequate internal controls.
CA Gaurav Talwar
Gaurav is Founder Director of Amblem Consulting.
Gaurav started his chartered accountancy career in 2001 and interned with Lodha & Co., New Delhi.​Post Qualifying as Chartered Accountant, he had a short stint with Industry before joining EY in 2006, as a part of Tax & Regulatory team and then KPMG. Gaurav has assisted large Private Equity players in inbound investment structuring. Assisted Private Equity Funds, REITs in efficiently structuring exit from Indian investments. Assisted clients in handling tax assessments, review of notices and preparation and filing of technical submissions before the tax authorities to defend tax positions adopted by the clients and also representing before the tax authorities. Have been engaged in assisting Real Estate Private Equity Investors in reaching a settlement with Indian JV partners in case of disputes and also assisting in structuring the settlement arrangement in a most tax efficient manner. Gaurav has also been a part of various policy initiatives and has been part of teams preparing white papers on DTC, FDI issues across various sectors etc. Gaurav has also been an active participant in various events organized in association with FICCI, CII etc.​
Gaurav also specializes in transaction negotiations and structuring. Gaurav also works very closely on value creation for business by identifying organic and inorganic growth opportunists for business and taking them to a logical conclusion
